What is the colour of the wind?

I may consider it as a serious scientific question, in which case we must first consider "what is wind?".
Wind is the movement of air molecules. Can air molecules have color? If they have color can they have more than one color? Air molecules are colorless. However, air often has other molecules mixed in it (e.g. smoke). These other molecules often have 'color'. Thus, they impart a color to the mixture of air and smoke. If this mixture is 'blowing in the wind', then the air may be perceived to have color.

If I were a boss

If I were a boss I will make sure that everything and every decision the company is taking is not going to inconvenience others. I will leave no stones unturned. I will make every aspect of government purchases and performance transparent. Information on every step of contracts and grants will be posted on the Internet in plain and simple English. We're not going to hide anything behind accounting tricks and bureaucratic doubletalk. Nor will I allow other procurement tricks that divert funds from national priorities. I will expand the use of fixed-price contracts to enforce discipline in the procurement process and ensure that clearly defined requirements are fulfilled, realistic schedules are kept, and costs don't exceed the promised price.

Too often, contractors underbid to 'buy into' a market with little expectation of delivering on schedule and within budget. At the same time, the government's cost estimates are often unrealistic. Fixed-price contracts based on realistic cost estimates with clear, consistent requirements will ensure that the contractor pays for cost overruns, not the taxpayers. We must also limit sole-source contracting and make cost discipline a priority using market competition to keep costs down and innovation up."

Lovely mother city

My beloved mother city, it is beautiful and most attractive city ever.Cape Town (Afrikaans: Kaapstad; Xhosa: iKapa) is the second-most populous city in South Africa, and the largest in land area, forming part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality. It is the provincial capital and primate city of the Western Cape, as well as the legislative capital of South Africa, where the National Parliament and many government offices are located. The city is famous for its harbor as well as its natural setting in the Cape floral kingdom, including such well-known landmarks as Table Mountain and Cape Point. Cape Town is also Africa's most popular tourist destination.

Table Mountain is a flat-topped mountain forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town in South Africa, and is featured in the flag of Cape Town and other local government insignia. It is a significant tourist attraction, with many visitors using the cableway or hiking to the top. The mountain forms part of the Table Mountain National Park.

Two people come out of a building and into a story

Last Saturday I was coming from the library, I passed by my sisters place in town, I took a nap there and I woke up at 17:15 rushed for 18:00pm train to Bellville. I got into this train thinking that it’s going to pass at Bellville.I asked this guy that was sitting next to me. “Is this train really going to pass by Bellville? And he said "yes, definitely, because I’m also going there “got stark in Parow for hours. All in all we took a wrong train, we got lost in meltonrose road, I have never ever seen that place before. So we got off and that was the last train. When we were crossing over, 4 guys where following us, we ran to the police stations to get help. Did I mention that this is a German guy, his clueless about cape town because he only has 3 months in South Africa, can you believe it?The police helped us and dropped us at kuilsriver police station because the car had a problem with the breaks. But my boyfriend came along and took us home.Funny enough he invited me for lunch yesterday and we became friends...funny how friendship starts. Two people coming from different places and backgrounds but now.They are friends.

Design your short term goal

My next step is to create a short-term plan that will help move you toward independence."What can I do today, this week, or this month about that goal?" The answer to this question is my Short-term Goal: "This month I will investigate what kinds of jobs might give me greater independence." This Short-term Goal now gives me a concrete and specific set of tasks to accomplish in the immediate future. Once I set my Short-term Goal, I will always have some positive tasks to direct your actions.

Let's say that after a month of exploring options, I will take another step closer to my goal: "I think there is room in this city for a word-processing service. With my experience I know what it takes to provide quality typing to customers. I think I am capable of managing a small staff of typists. But I don't know much about business." I set my next Short-term Goal: "I'll take a 'small business' course at night this fall at the technical college." Now I have a distinct focus. I must select the best course, register, buy the materials, attend class each week, complete my homework assignments, and so forth.

It is far easier to motivate yourself when your goal is almost within reach. Small decisions can now seem important, because they influence your immediate-future goals. If you have difficulty applying yourself to your studies because owning your own business seems so far in the future, then set your Short-term Goal closer to your reach: "By the end of this course I want to be able to say that I applied myself every week to complete the assignments of that week. Therefore, I will start by finishing my paper due this Friday."

This is the process to use in overcoming panic. For instance, some people might have the positive goal of "looking forward to the adventures of life without fearing panic." You will reach that goal by setting dozens of small goals, one after the other. As you accomplish one Short-term Goal you will set your sights on the next.

Can a man destroy your life?

Well it might be hard to get over the man you love, but you won't know until you try.

As women, we tend to continue relationships that destroy  wh o we are physically, socially and mentally.

We give up our individuality, happiness, families Friends, pride, wealth and success - in order to satisfy man in our lives.

Lets face it girls, we are strong and can achieve so much without anyone's Help,

So why let someone destroy what you worked hard for?
