It is better to practice a little than to talk a lot!

Actions speak louder than word, better said than done…and I can go on and on. I also like the saying under promise and over deliver rather than overpromise and under deliver.

In ordinary life, especially at work you will find people that will blow you away with their perfect little presentations of what they will be doing with your little department and where they will take you and how much value you will get out of it…just to find out that words will not get a lot of work done. You can have to most wonderful ideas and proposals but if you’re not able to implement, manage and control, it will means nothing. Words of advice, if you do not know how to get the job done that you’re so marvellously dreamt up, surround you with people you can.

Everyone is good at something, and if your’s is to talk your way into getting that job, client or event, you better be clever enough to align you with people who might not be able to follow through on what you promised.It’s rare you find those that can talk the talk and walk the walk.
